Privacy Policy
The short version: 1P Game does not collect personal information about you. There is no account, no sign-up, and no server of ours that receives your data. Everything the app remembers stays on your own device.
This policy covers the 1P Game application for iPhone and iPad, published by Funfinch ("we", "us"). It explains what the app does with information, and what it deliberately does not do.
1. Information we collect
We collect nothing. Specifically, 1P Game does not collect or transmit:
- your name, email address, phone number or postal address;
- advertising identifiers (IDFA) or device identifiers (IDFV);
- your location;
- your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or health data;
- usage analytics, gameplay statistics or crash reports linked to you.
Because no personal data is collected, there is no personal data for us to sell, rent, share or disclose to third parties.
2. Information stored on your device
The app saves your game progress, unlocked content and preferences locally on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage. This information never leaves your device and is not visible to us.
Deleting the app removes this data. If your device is backed up to iCloud or to a computer, that backup may include the app's local data; backups are controlled by you through Apple's settings, not by us.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
1P Game offers an optional monthly subscription, an optional yearly subscription and a one-time lifetime unlock. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, billing address, card number or any payment detail.
To decide whether to unlock content, the app checks a signed transaction receipt provided by Apple's StoreKit framework. That check happens on your device. We do not operate a server that stores your purchase history or associates it with an identity.
Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's own privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy.
4. Network access and game content
Every game in 1P Game is bundled inside the app and runs locally. Game screens do not load content from the internet, and gameplay data is not transmitted anywhere. The app is fully playable offline.
Network access is used only by Apple's StoreKit when you make or restore a purchase.
5. Third-party software
The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, attribution or crash-reporting SDKs. No data is shared with data brokers or advertising networks.
6. Children's privacy
1P Game is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will act on it — although in practice we hold no such information.
7. Your privacy rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data held about you. Because we do not hold any personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, export or delete.
Local game data can be erased at any time by deleting the app from your device. To cancel a subscription, use Settings on your device (see the support page). You can still contact us with any privacy question and we will respond.
8. Data retention
We retain no personal data, so there is no retention period to describe. Data stored locally by the app remains until you delete the app or the data is removed by your device or backup settings.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. If a future version of the app begins collecting information, the change will be described here and noted in the app's release notes before it takes effect.
